Dometic Customer Service Story
I just wanted to pass along some customer service I have had with Dometic lately. I had to contact them a couple of months ago about a 300 series toilet and the smell issue that others have documented. They were great and sent a new one but we did the upgrade to the 310, no issues at all. We just got back from a week trip and the 1st since I had put it in. While on the trip we noticed that we would get a little water from the pedal from time to time so as soon as we got back I called them, no problem they are sending another new toilet out to replace this one, I also mentioned that my awning was missing a cover on one of the extension arms, I told them I don't know if it was supposed to be on there or if it ever was on there and they said no problem and they are sending one of those also. These people are top notch with me and will sway me when buying new products to use with stand behind your product service like this.
