we have a 2022 Rockwood 2613 BS trailer. Every time we put a DVD in it, it reads error disk. Even with new DVDs. Anyone else dealt with this issue and have a remedy. Thank you.

Let me tried flipping the disc the other way? If so then consider making a warranty claim

My IRV Technologies radio/cd/disc player will not read Blue Ray discs. Don't know if that is by default or a problem with the head.
Same year camper.

I just wired in a DVD player and surround sound for my DVD's. Just use the head assembly for the radio thru the lousy speakers.

The IRV units do not play Blu-Ray. They are regular DVD only. They also have issues with some non-commercial discs. Seems foolish in today's world but it is what it is.

We've got a 2018 Grey Wolf and last year our DVD player would pixilate about 3/4 of way through the DVD. CD's play fine and radio works. Finally purchased a small inexpensive DVD player that plugs into back of tv. $35 vs about $xxx to replace double din radio/cd/dvd player.
