Dynamax Customer service
As many of you know- making motorhomes can be a challenging task mostly due to parts suppliers up holding their quality as to supply. We are owners of a 2019 Isata 5 30 fw- sure there are always a few bugs here and there but this is where the owner needs to become educated in understanding problems they can fix-how it happened and when it needs to go the professionals. Roads in the past decade have become a navigational challenge. I would NOT drive I-70 from the KS line to Denver in either direction for any amount of money. Motorhomes are rattle boxes and smart owners know this and do all they can to service areas that would relate to that problem. Our point here is the Dynamax is great product as well as the people whom represent it. We have never been treated better by anyone. Maybe we have found the secret of getting things done by being nice, let them do their jobs and being as co-operative as you need to be to move the process along. Communication in a positive manner goes along way- we can't wait to get our next motorhome from them- to their surprise it could be sooner than later.
