Take a look at Blue Ox, it combines weight distribution and sway. They make several models for all tongue weights.

I replaced the manual jack on my old TT with the Husky HB4500 and loved it. The adjustable drop down foot and trailer connector storage bracket are features that make this jack more desirable than the others. The 4,500 lb lifting capacity is overkill. A 3,000 lb jack would be more than enough to lift the tongue and back of the TV.

The Lippert jack that came on my new to me TT is a POS in comparison. I just bought this 2014 TT this summer and moisture had gotten into the jack in the past and ruined the LED lights. Lippert didn't put a good seal on the top of the jack and moisture can get in when it shouldn't. It doesn't have the adjustable foot or the connector bracket either.

You'll love it. Very powerful! It's got a different insides(different kind of ball screw that makes it a step above) and for me worth the extra 30 bucks!

My hubby went out and bought a replacement tonuge jack and put it himself. Easy job. Think he got it an auto parts store that had trailer parts. Look around besides Rockwood and Camping World (rip off!) Try etrailer.com on line.

I do try to avoid Camping World on the big items. They do appear to be higher. Found one on line for under$200. Thanks

So I have a brand new camper.... has rubber covered buttons on the electric tongue jack..... why.... so water doesn’t get in them. Well the week before we signed papers we were told it would be replaced before we take it home. Didn’t happen. Now 6 weeks later we still have no replacement cover 😳 and the dealer has zero idea about how to get areplacement.... so frustrating.here they have made improvements that are ripped and can’t be replaced 😤

As a side note about non-working electric jacks...
Mine would intermittently stop working. Cleaned all the connections between the battery and jack. Inline fuse looked fine...passed continuity test...cleaned the fuse holder anyway. It wasn't until I REPLACED the fuse that the intermittent operation stopped and the jack ran consistently...go figure...

Looks like they need to replace the whole thing.

I would look at contacting the jack manufacturer and get the replacement from there. Once you have it, either you or the dealer can change it.

A Barker VIP 3000 was the first mod on our trailer when we bought it last year. Campground install.
