We recently (Jan 2019) purchased a new Forest River Minilite travel trailer. We have been unsuccessful at finding out contact information to be used if we suffer a breakdown far from the local dealer.
Does anybody have 24/7 or any customer support contact info for Forest River?
All we have run into is messages giving 8 to 5 open messages and please leave a message.

Forest River gives you a free year of roadside service 24/7. If you bought your trailer after 1/1/19 here is the number is 866-209-2895 in case you need it. If you bought your trailer prior to that then the number is 877-801-0333.

If you are disabled on the road, or at a campsite, then there are mobile RV repair people local to many locations that can extend their service to you. You will have to pay first then request reimbursement is what I have been told.
Not much can happen to immobilize a trailer other then wheel problems... which I would make sure before traveling would not be a problem, thru my own inspection process of greased wheel bearings and such.
