Entertainment unit & pull out couch

Hello all!
We have a Wildwood, 2007,
3 5 2 F L F B

Two questions:1-Has anyone replaced the Concertone unit? Would like to with minimal damage.
2- Has anyone a suggestion to replace our Pull out couch (68") Any good ones out there?

Upgrading the Concertone with a new one would be easiest. They are pricey but the new ones have BluRay DVD players and digital audio. There are others here who have had good luck with Auto type Jensen Radios.
