F-11
I have been bombarded on facebook to try a new RV, boat, and car wax product called F-11. Claims it is a "one wax, all you'll ever need" miracle. Has anyone in the forum been brave or foolish enough to pop down the money to give it a shot?

Looks great, but check the reviews carefully. In one You Tube review, reviewer says brake dust simply rinsed off his treated wheels. Video shows him rinsing with a high powered pressure washer. Many of the very positive replies to questions on Amazon are written by an F-11 seller.

I have used the F-11. It works good. I switched to Final Coat a while ago. Same looking stuff different label. I use it on my 5th wheel, truck and my Harley. Way easier to get bug guts and gunk off. I also use the car wash soap. Makes my rigs shine like a new penny.

Just a quick correction. The stuff I use now is called Last Coat.

If you haven’t actually used a product then commenting on said product holds absolutely no value and just becomes your opinion. An uninformed one at that. Just sayin.

I was watching and debating on the F11 for a while and finally gave in last month. It goes on really easy, it took me and a friend about 30 minutes to do the whole camper except the roof. So far I'm impressed by the results, it has a nice shine, is really slick and has repelled the black rain streaks since (and its rained a lot in PA lately).
I used it on both our cars as well and one thing it cleaned up really well was the plastic trim. I had stubborn wax residue on the plastic mudflaps and it came right off.
I've only had it on for a month so time will tell if it lasts.

I was on the fence with the F11 for a few months and finally gave in last month. The first thing I used it on was our Flagstaff. It took two of us about 45 minutes to do the whole thing (except the roof). It has a really nice shine, slick, and so far has repelled the black rain streaks (its been raining a lot here in PA).
I used it on both of our vehicle and one of the best things was how it works on plastic. I had stubborn was haze on my mud flaps and it came right off.
I've only had it on for a month so we'll see how long it lasts, but so far so good.

rmk 184, nice shine, but is it any better than what you were using before? $80 is an awful lot of money for a waxing type product. I have been using Meguire's Mirror Finish 21 for the last couple of years on my RV and I am really satisfied with the shine and how long it lasts.

It is pricey but they do have frequent deals, some better than others. This is my first rv so I can't compare other products used on it. I've taken two trips since I applied it and it still looks clean.
I've used several types wax on my cars from classic turtle wax to meguiars ultimate and turtle wax ice. It is the easiest application for the quality of shine. This seems to have a slicker feel than anything else I've used. On a clean car it doesn't bead, it sheets off almost dry.
Like I said, I've only had it on for a month and 2 weeks on my cars so I'll have to follow up later.

Just following up on my previous post. I put F11 on my 2 cars, travel trailer, garage door and other random things. Been using it for about 6 months now.
1. The better the finish the better the F11 works. It works well on my 2016 Silverado but really well on my 2018 Tucson and 2019 Flagstaff. It won't help fix deep scratches and blemishes.
2. Bugs. I've run through bugs with the trailer and truck. No matter what wax I used before I'd have to scrub the front if my truck. With F11 most bugs wash off in the rain and any remnants wipe off easily with a sponge.
3. Hard water. I have a black truck and really hard water so every time I wash my truck I have water spots. I have to wait until late in the evening or spray detail it afterwards. After the second coat of F11 I was able to just use my chamois to dry it with no water spots. This was one of most noticeable improvements.
4. I've watched competitors bash F11 for not beading. While that is partially true I'm not sure it tells the whole story. My Flagstaff and 2018 Tucson bead, my 2016 Silverado doesn't which leads me back to #1, the better the finish the better the results. Regardless of water beads... bugs, tar, and grime wipe away easily.
5. Longevity. Still haven't tested this since I've put 3 coats on over the last 6 months. The winter will give me a better idea.
It's still expensive but very easy to apply. I'm at the point where I've seen it work but it's still hard pay that much when there are cheaper options. That said... Black Friday is coming so hopefully there's a good deal.
