Faucet replacement problem

Hello. I just became the proud owner of a 2005 Surveyor SV-262. As soon as I hooked up the city water, I had a major flood and had to replace the kitchen faucet. Easy enough until I tried to reattach the water lines. As you can see from the picture, the threaded part that goes on the bottom of the faucet broke into pieces. It was not even halfway up the threads so it was not from overtightening but just because it's almost 20 years old I think.
What is this part called, where do I get one and how do I put it back on the line? Would they carry this at home depot or will I have to get something special because it's an RV?

You can purchase a riser nut at Home Depot.
You will need to disconnect the riser pipe to put the nut on the pipe.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. The plastic can become very brittle with age. Make sure you have a good pressure regulator when hooking up to city water to prevent over-stressing old parts. JMHO
