Floor delaminating

Greetings. Our 2019 Forester is showing signs of floor delamination. It bubbles up in places where the glue is no longer holding and creates an uneven surface. Anybody run into this problem and how did you fix it.

Not in a RV but I ran into a similar problem with a boat. I drilled 1/8" holes into the void and used a hypodermic syringe to inject glue into the void. I then placed cement blocks on it to squeeze it closed until the glue setup. It worked for as long as I had the boat.

Not sure if you mean your vinyl flooring is coming up, or if you think the substrate is delaminating. If it's just the vinyl, then yes, a needle to inject a thin glue should work. If the substrate is delaminating, as plywood often does, you can inject something like Max GPE, which is an epoxy injectable glue. If it's foam board, OSB or particle board, you're screwed.

I don't know if this helps but I had a friend that carpenter ants got into his camper removed the hard sty foam in the floor making a soft spot .we had two choices pull floor up or try to fix .We decided to try to fix without pulling floor up . Used 1/2" hole punch to remove vinyl floor covering . Drilled hole just large enough for foam non expandable tube to fit in injected foam let it set floor was solid again glued flooring plug in place you just see round circle now .He throws floor mat over it and still using it today. We check out floor each year and LOL about fix . 5 dollar fix . Our train of thought was if foam didn't work then we would pull up floor an replace it would have to drop water tank to get to it underneath camper. This was simple fix . Inject glue and camp - on

I would call FR to make sure that the floor covering is glued. Most of the time they don’t glue them down and just staple the edges. You need to find out how it was installed first.
