Flooring Problems

I have a weak/soft spot in my camper floor just inside the door. Need ideas on how to get to sub flooring to check...do i go from underneath and remove part of the lining or do I remove section of floor tiles???

It would help if you posted year, make and model number of RV you have, since it's not listed in your profile.
