Floorplan and Specs needed!

Hi Everyone
I'm a relatively new camper (2nd solo season!) and I've run into a small problem. I have a 2015 Palomino Puma 25RS which I bought used from a dealership that had since gone out of busines. It came with no owners manual or spec listing. I've googled and googled to try and find it but the ones I've found which should match my trailer don't match the floor plan at all. I need to know what size my black tank is as is leaking and possibly need a replacement, I'm hoping it's just a joint issue.... Can anyone help?

Is that what you needed? The reason I ask is because, even though your RV is a 2015 model year, it may be better represented in the 2014 or 2016 brochure. What I provided the link to is the 2015 brochure.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes I've spent all morning combing through every Puma brochure I can find and the 2012 model matches my floorplan exactly. My trailer is actually a Puma 2015BH not an RS that's stated on my bill of sale... so confusing..

If you have access to the tt get the VIN# and call Palomino customer service. Ask if they can match it up with the right information. The VIN should be on a plaque or stamped on the frame. Call the number on the last page of the brochure.

Here’s the 2012 brochure. It doesn’t show a model 2015BH, but it shows a 25BH. Is this the model you have?

Yes the 2012 one is exactly what my floorplan is. Is there a reason mine doesn't show on the 2015 or is it just too plain but they still offered it?

All I can think of is yours is actually a 2012 model. I checked the 2014 brochure to see if maybe yours was a carryover from 2014, but it’s not there either. How are you certain your model year is 2015?

That's what my bill of sale says.... I looked outside where the VIN and tire info is and it says my trailer was manufactured in 2014

This is the only sticker I've found on the frame. This what the outside of my trailer looks like and it matches the 2012 25BH perfectly for floor plan specs but yet my bill of sale says 2015..

Well, here’s the 2013 brochure and your model or another model with the same floor plan as yours isn’t there, either. It’s very odd. Perhaps they made a few in 2014 on special order or something. Who knows? But if you have proof of the year of manufacture and you have the floor plan of the 2012 25BH, you must have a 2014/2015 25BH.

That’s what I would do if I didn’t just use five gallon buckets of clean water to see how much it holds.

How much capacity that black tank holds might not help you find a replacement. You'd need the dimensions of the tank and the connections in and out. Unless you can find a model number on it, you might need to take it out to determine the replacement needed.
The first thing you'll need to do is find that leak. Hopefully it's just a connection.

As I said before the VIN will be stamped on a metal tag welded or riveted to the frame, engraved in the frame, or could even be the individual letters and numbers welded on the frame. It has to be there by law.
