My husband and I are looking for a place to camp on the gulf side of Florida. We would like a reasonably priced site for at least 2 months of camping, on or near the gulf beaches. I have been looking on the web, and have not found a campground that doesn't cost alot for a monthly fee(meaning over $750 a month fee). Some resorts were asking over $1000 a month. Not in our price range. Anyone out there know of any campgrounds that might fit our needs? Thanks and eagerly looking for responses.

Try San Carlos in Fort Myers, not sure the cost, this is a tough time of year. Don't forget we have some great State Parks that are reasonable. Myakka State Park etc.
