I guess they've increased the cost to $200. The dealer should have the form from Forest River as part of your paperwork. It needs to be filled out and sent in. You'll have to ask for it as the dealer will be wanting to sell you their extended warranty.

BTW. I was disappointed to find out that pealing decals aren't covered in the 2nd year of warranty...they're supposed to fall off the 1st year for FR to cover.
The difference in price may also reflect the commission the dealer gets.
Dealer gets nothing...payment is directly to Forest River. The dealer usually has their own extended warranty that they're trying to sell and won't even tell you of the optional 2nd year through FR.
Where can I find the paper work to fill out on the forrest river website? I have a new Berkshire and want to get the second year warranty.
Try calling 1(574)389-4600. There are several numbers that people have used. You can also try the form linked to below, but I would probably just call and give them my VIN.
Here's the contact I got. Supposed to be the lady that handles the warranty. All I had to do was send her the VIN number. Price varies by the RV you buy, my new XLR is $250. Far as I know that is the max. price they charge. rgyoder@forestriverinc.com
