I ware contacts and I have forgotten my solution at 10pm at bed time lol. Salt. Well I think this year we are going to pack all but food so we have it all ready. We are doing our 1st trip the end of March before our trip 2 1/2 hrs from home just a trial run. This is our 1st full season. So hope we get bugs worked out first trip or two. But I'm sure something will go wrong. Lol

We have forgotten jackets a couple times. I don't always remember to check destination weather before we leave. I have spares now that stay in all the places I keep reading glasses and keys. I have forgotten both of those too many times.

My fuzzy bunny slippers. No, Seriously. I've forgotten them a few times and it (ticks) me off to no end. I can go buy anything I have forgotten, but not my slippers.

We are pretty good, we made lists for when we were tenting and start packing a week out. We for the most part made up two of everything and at the end of the season it went into a rubbermaid container then in the spring back to the TT. Forgot my father in law one time, he was living with us and we had him packed and sitting in the living ready to go. Well we got tunnel vision got the TT hitched to the TV and off we went...so my son yells out as we are down the road....where is Grandpie? My son used to have those great big air toys for the beach and we had a pump for that purpose, well one trip forgot the pump.......it was Miller time after that.

We make an actual list, and double-check it. Mostly for food now, as the stuff we need in the camper is, well, in the camper. We had friends forget their tent once, though.

That's funny to me because I work for a large egg company in the Corporate office. One of our employee "perks" is a couple dozen eggs each week. Our last trip out we forgot eggs and it was very difficult for me to be in a store and paying for a dozen eggs!!!

What would be amusing under the "forgotten things" tag would be not what you forgot to take, but what have you forgotten and left behind at your campsite? ;-)

While it's always something, it's rarely the same thing.

Once I did forget to fill the fresh tank up before going dry camping, that was probably the most irritating oops. Break camp, go find water, set camp back up, ex yammering away about how I could forget the water.
