FR Praise
We purchased a 2016 389rd in early March. We had some issues with the AC as most have who purchased units with the AC change that took place. We had more issues though with the dealership we bought it from. They were more concerned about getting new units out than fixing ours. After 6 weeks of it setting there with nothing done, I called FR. They sent a driver that day and went and picked it up, had it fixed in 4 days. At that time the AC fix had not been resolved. FR sent Marshall Hamm to us while we were camping. Marshall did a fabulous job. AC worked better than it had after he left. He stated he would still need it back at the end of season to make the changes more eye appealing. We took the unit to FR last weekend and Marshall met us there on his day off. He gave us a tour of the plant. He went above and beyond. It was really interesting to see how these units are made. Marshall was very helpful and listened to us as we talked. We are very thankful that Marshall will be overseeing the work. I am also very thankful that we bought a Forest River camper. They take care of their customers. Again thanks for everything Marshall Hamm and Forest River.
