I am traveling to the Woodbridge VA area tonight to compete in a BMX national event at NOVA BMX. I will be dry camping from tomorrow thru Sunday and I am concerned about fresh water and my holding tanks. How do I find someone in that area that provides fresh water delivery and septic pumping? ( If that service is even available)

Never heard of anyone delivering fresh water but there are honey wagons for black tanks.
You need to contact the campground you're staying at or the event organizers.

Had a friend years ago that hauled milk. On his off days he'd haul potable water. He provided water to large gatherings and even firefighting camps.

For the price you’ll probably pay to have a septic company come out, especially on short notice and for such a small amount, you could probably buy 2 really nice black/grey tank carts for the same price.

Close to the same for your water situation too.
