A glorious day to you all!
My goal here is to help all to have a better RV experience than otherwise might be had.
I was a service manager in the marine industry, extremely similar to the RV industry ( I also built RV's and boats many years ago). I do bring some reality to this subject. ALL units will have issues, some very minor, some not. some very few, some many, it's just how life works. If we call the dealer every time an issue comes up and schedule an apt, and bring it in and leave it and then go back and pick it up, after lord knows how long it had to sit there....., our RV experience (and the dealers experience) will be a bit on the not-so-enjoyable-side. Let the small things ride, if you can. Wait as long as you can, usually, more items will surface anyway. Bring your unit in only once if you can and get them all taken care of at ONE time. If you are not sure what can bite you in the end for not taking it in, give the dealer a call and ask. Trust me. This strategy really works. I am no longer in the industry nor am I affiliated with any dealer, factory or product. I am just a happy civilian RV'er like everyone else here.
