Full Time camper input help

Would love to hear some input for picking a full time rig for a home.
We are in the position of selling our home of 20+ years and needing a roof over our heads. We already have a piece of property with a well and septic and can pull power from the existing house,(its occupied) but considering solar and staying off grid. Future plans are to build a pole barn to house us with side roof coverage to store our camper. We presently have a hybrid, and don't plan on getting rid of it for our camping trips.
Been looking at a lot of options, seen some real nice stuff. Not saying no to a 5er or class A, but a regular TT will allow me to build a shorter height building. I can move and use it with our current TV. interior storage, kitchen counter space and closet are premium, Queen slide out has really caught our eye. polar package option would be great. Don't want new, but something we can resell in a few years and get as much as possible back.
A lot to ask, but thanks anyway just for reading.
