It’s really the warranty. Fulltime RVs are supposedly better built with warranties that aren’t voided if you’re living in it.
I have lived in 2 separate rigs and neither have been fulltime rated. In the first one, my kids destroyed every drawer slide in the bunkhouse in a matter of months.
I did get warranty work done on my non-fulltimer Spartan toy hauler. I and the service center worked on a “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.
