We have a 2014 rockwood roo 21ss and the furnace stays warm but after it's on for about 30 mins or so it starts making this knocking noise it will stop after about 30-40 seconds but will do it on and off to the point that you cant use it because it's so loud it wakes you in your sleep. Has anyone else had this problem?
Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Many things can cause furnace noise. You may have a squirrel cage coming loose, or some duct work loose have you traced the noise to the furnace itself or just hear it when the furnace comes on?

Sounds like firebox expansion. Mine does some of that. Not sure what you can do about it..... Let me ask -- are you camping on shore power?? We use our electric fireplace to keep warm at night. On a previous rig we used a portable heater to do the same.
On a recent trip of 5 weeks we only used the furnace a few times in the morning to take the chill off. We had some nights down in the low 30s. We set our electric fireplace on 65 and slept great.

That could be but I would think it would not be repetitive unless you unit were heating up and then cutting out and starting again should not happen with continue firing. In stick houses I have found fire box noise as you describe caused by incorrect bonnet temp (to much rise) or lack of airflow. Not knocking you JMHO

The unit heats up fine and will run until you turn it off if we dont put it on auto. Even when making the noise the unit is putting off heat. We took it to an rv place to try to have it fixed they mentioned squirrel cage but they checked that and that wasnt the case. We are plugged to a 30 amp outlet when camping. We have used space heaters and such it just seems like such a waste that we have a furnace that heats the camper really well but cant use it because the sound it makes is so annoying. The TV repair place we took it to mentioned that it looked like they had dropped the furnace before installing it I am not really sure how true that is. But I do know they werent able to fix it.
