Furrion fireplace insert

My Furrion 26" insert isn't working at all.

I can get the heat going for about 30 seconds and then it shuts down?

Of course not on warranty. Any ideas on how to repair it?

Or maybe any ideas on where to purchase a 26" fireplace insert?

Do you have anything within about 12 inches on front of it? I had a similar issue until I moved a bag that was less than a foot away and to the side.

You should have a manual, it should include an address and phone number. I had to call them once they were a great help.

Had the same problem it came out to be the board , there are 2 of them inside, it’s best to just replace it. Any 26 “ one will work, just google it, they have them from about 150 bucks, they just plug in. It would almost cost the same for the boards, I think they even have them on Amazon, the boards are garbage, just replace it.

Mine does the same thing but only when heat is on high. If I keep it on low it does not have any issues. It’s on my todo list to pull it out and tear it apart but I don’t use it if it’s below freezing and when I don’t have shore power which means I have until spring to get it figured out.
