GEN 3 Starlink Adapter for 2" Flagpole

We are looking for a 2" pipe mount adapter for the GEN 3 Starlink "dish".

Since Starlink recalled their own adapter, several 3D printed versions have popped up on Ebay, Amazon, and RV supply stores.

Has anyone tried one of these product and if so how did it hold up to high wind situations?

I ordered one from Flag pole buddy, a little expensive but seems to work well. They have multiple pole sizes available.

Been through a few storms already that were shaking the camper pretty good with no issues. I was concerned but by the time I realized how bad it was getting I was not going to take it down

Doing quite a bit of 3-D printing I would probably avoid a 3-d printed mount for the Starlink "dish". Done improperly they are prone to fracture along the layer lines. I'd go with an injection molded or cast metal one. Perhaps a few $$ more but better than broken equipment that falls to the ground.

I've been eyeing those 3D printed adapters too. Would love to hear about real-world experience with wind resistance!
