Good experience with Forest River for parts

I bought a slightly used Cherokee WolfPack 27 DFWP right before Thanksgiving last year. Since it was used, I did not have a chance to get some of the options on it that I wanted.

I emailed Forest River and was ultimately hooked up with Cara Tuttle. She was excellent to deal with and promptly returned my calls and answered my questions. Quickly and painlessly, I have the range cover, the sink covers and a couple of the trim buttons being shipped to me.

Excellent customer service all around on this experience!!

That's good to hear, hopefully you have the same responds on warrenty work. I found that when you pay for parts they get back to you quickly.

Do you know if they have 1 Parts Division or are they seperate by each Classification? (Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers etc.)
Hopefully, I won't need them but you never know!
