Good Sam's Travel Assist or other programs

We are not full time, but we do a lot of boondock camping in the western US and are planning a big trip to Canada next summer. We have been looking into emergency transportation insurance that covers life flights etc. My wife and I are in good health, but we have 2 dogs that go with us.

Has anyone had any experience with Good Sam Travel Assist or other insurance that cover emergency transportation?

I didn't see really any discussion when I did a search of the forum.
