Good support experience

I have read several posts from people who had poor or no service from Forest River or their vendors; however, I had a very good experience today.

I had been trying to find the correct parts to replace the brake assemblies on my camper. Websites gave me conflicting information so I decided to go to Forest River using their "Contact Us" system from their website.

I sent an email at 8:53 this morning asking how to determine the correct parts.

At 9:15 I got a reply from Greg Vogt with the contact number and information needed for Lippert support.

Calling Lippert I got a representative right away and the person was very helpful.

At 11:15 I had all the information needed including the correct part numbers and price for the brakes.

Just one person's experience.

I agree with you on Lippert Support. They are excellent, organized and most professional. KUDOS!

Having said that. I think you may have been lucky that Forest River had the ability to pass you on to Lippert. I wont bore you with my experience. But Forest River took over 7 months to fix a serious issue. Actually at the end it was Lippert that finally resolved the problem at their expense!

Again. Kudos to Lippert!

Glad you are happy with Forest River's customer service! I have owned three Forest River fifth wheels since 2011 and I have never been able to get Forest River to respond to emails or phone calls, ever! Many years ago when I had a Wildcat fiver they had a person who monitoring this forum and they would answer all questions. I miss that.
