There are low pressure regulators as well. Your stove has one and it's on a low pressure line so a regulator does not mean it's high pressure only.
Your dual stage regulator has 11"wc. I had to replace mine and have the same one.

Not sure if the suburban griddle works the same way as the gas grill that came with my trailer but you could lay the bars on the table with the arms facing up and put the grill on top. See if the suburban can do that...pic below.
I use a 22" blackstone and just have a different connector that connects it directly to the low pressure propane port without a regulator. I use foil and magnets on the windy side to keep the heat. If using a burner I also have an induction burner for windy days. We always have electric.

Thanks for the info.Just seems odd that they would design the griddle to not work on the "standard" low pressure the trailer normally runs at.
The bars that mount the griddle to the trailer are the same exact bars that my previous trailer used with the grill that looks just like the one in your picture. The griddle, however, does not have the vertical slots in the handles to mount the bars in table position. The griddle does have short legs so it will stand by itself.

Is there a propane hose right by the griddle with a quick connect fitting? If so you're prolly gonna need to trace it back to see if it comes off the tanks before or after the regulator. From your photo I see only one line coming from the regulator so the propane hose will most likely be low pressure. The griddle will not work properly with 2 regulators. I'd try running the griddle from a non regulated
outside tank, carefully, to see if it runs better. If it seems ok, you'll need to remove the regulator if you want to run it from the trailers propane line.

I would call Suburban before taking off the griddle regulator, but my understanding always was if you have 2 regulators in series, the gas flow is choked too much.
You would think since they are including this griddle as an accessory, they would know what they are doing. But seeing some the the crappy plumbing and stereo wiring in mine, I have my doubts.
I do have the same tank setup. Haven't really looked at QD beneath trailer, as I won't be using it (I just bring a spare 20# tank to hook up to Coleman stove and my grill, and my fire pit).

At first I thought the tread was about girdles.

A girdle with tire treads? Now why didn't I think about that? Brilliant, the women will love it!

Treads and girdles... or threads and griddles?
Maybe shatz and giggles?
