Happy Camper

I read a post the other day and was reminded that there are lots of complaints and few compliments. I would just like to say my wife and I bought a Salem Cruise Lite 171RBXL in the spring and have been on 1 week long trip and several weekend trips. So far, we have not had a problem with anything. The fridge, stove, a/c and heater all work fine. Maybe we just haven't tested everything yet, but I am happy with my Forest River product.

If I were to do it all over again, I probably would have gotten the 241RBXL with the full queen size bed instead of a murphy bed and my wife is already talking about our next camper with a slide for more room. We are pulling with a 2013 F-150 Super Crew so we have some room to go up in weight and length.

Congrats on your happiness! We've had two FR products and have been very happy with both, so far.

By the way, there's a saying in the RV community, "Buy your second trailer, First!"

We bought our new to us 25rb after we were convinced that we should get bugger then what we thought we wanted. It would have been something in the same size you have. She wanted a non crawl over bed and I wanted a fair sized fridege. After dealing with pop ups I prefer not to deal with coolers.
We love ours we havehave 11 or 12 trips in this year right around 30 nights

I think in this day and age all you hear is the negative you don't hear much of the good heck with ebay and amazon if you don't leave a perfect score they aren't happy so why bother to leave an honest review unless it's pure crap

We have had our Salem Hemisphere 263RL for 2.5 years. The issues we have had have all been with components made by other companies. Replaced the Dometic A/C twice, television once, radio once, and both stabilizer switches. We have bee most happy overall.

good to hear, we have had our 21fbrs for about a year and have had only 1 issue that the dealer took care of in about 5 minutes.

Also happy!

We are new rv'ers and bought our Rockwood 2703ws last March and have had some minor cosmetic interior issues that I dealt with and some rear stabilizers that were fixed under warranty. We LOVE this camper.

Thumbs up Happy Loves Company

We sold our 1996 Motorhome and decided to buy a 2016 Wildwood 263BHXL and we are 100% pleased with the choice we made.

we are on our 3rd forest river product first was a little old tt no slide about 23 ft enjoyed it like crazy decide want to travel more so moved up to the BIG truck and Fiver ..it was a great wonderful blue ridge .any problems were minor and taken care of by our fantastic dealer Bob Ledfords Adventure motorhomes in Spartanburg SC.Drug that thing to the Keys and all over About 5 states .my back went bad so I cannt sit in the cab of the truck for long without moving so we traded our babyin for a georgetwon xl. its been good so far we have had it a little over a year now been on a 47 day road trip and toal covered about 10000 so far.minor issues cosmetic except a switch for the air in the cab that ford fixed but was forest rivers switch so the forest check came quickly.I am already drooling over the next one if we make it long enough to get one.no problems going in the Ozarks with the gas engine but will probably go diesel next time.

Enjoy your 171 RBXL. We had the Wildwood twin for a year with no issues before trading up to a larger unit. We loved it!
