has any body gotten an email reply from FR?

hey Y'all
just a little preturbed. I've sent a couple of emails to FR asking questions on my my new to me Wolf PUp. They were regarding little things like speakers, and I've got another about my bathroom exhaust fan. I have gotten NO response. I know customer service will be a factor when i buy my next unit, which I will. Maybe the windmills aren't turning fast enough in Topeka to power the internet. (Yes I have been to Topeka. (many times.
just curious.

I've always received a response. Make sure to check your spam folder. Also sometimes it does take a few day.

We even had a problem on the road once and they called and found us a dealer to get it fixed. This was pre covid though.

I’ve had success only with calling them. Had to wait in queens for 30 minutes. But was able to get some issues worked out.

Forest River relies on their dealers for warranty work. Have you checked with your dealer?
Even if the unit is not under warranty, the dealer's parts department can help you to determine what parts will fit your unit.

The OP apparently bought a 6 year old Cherokee Wolf Pup TT.
So the only warranty would be a 90 day warranty from the dealer.
Since the OP didn't go into specific detail about their questions, it's hard to determine if they should contact the Cherokee division or FR parts department.
I have no idea what the Topeka, Kansas reference is about since these RVs are manufactured in Indiana.

Perhaps the OP is talking about Topeka, IN. There are two FR Plants there.

Thanx, I didn't know that there was another Topeka in the Midwest. Is the Cherokee factory in Topeka, Indiana?

go to a local sales yard and ask your questions, get a relationship going with them as they will come in handy sooner or later for things you will eventually want to buy
Don't go prime time in the middle of a On sales weekend! be polite and upfront

I e-mailed Forest River last week about getting a "build sheet" for out TT. Got a response a couple of days later "no build sheet available".

Didn't get what I wanted but I did get a response.

I sent a question to flagstaffowners@forestriverinc.com last year about trailer weight specifications and received a response the follow day.

I emailed a guy in the warranty department of the Coachmen division, Gary was his name. I did get a prompt reply. It was a lousy reply, but a reply nonetheless.

If the original poster would expand on what info they are seeking, they stand a better chance of getting an answer here since the unit is years out of original warranty. As much detail as possible for the best help.

Also most of the parts on FR units are Lippert or LCI parts. Their parts department has been very helpful in my experience.
