Read this forum, especially about the walk-through before you sign on the dotted line. Make sure everything is in working order and you get brochures on all appliances, fans, radio, etc. It's a daunting experience but at some point you'll be glad you did.
Leave yourself at least a half day to check it out throughly.

Check every thing you can think of on the walk thru. My trailer was fine the first two trips, on the third only a reading light came apart. On the 4th trip all hell broke loose. The bedroom excape window blew out (among other things), and as far as I can remember, it was never opened by us. What ever the problem was, it was missed by the window manufacturer, Flagstaff, the dealer, and me. Wayne
