Really? It just slides in where your ball mount normally goes into the hitch. However it will do nothing to stop sway. It is designed to swing in and out when you stop and go. If you don't use a weight distributing system it looks ok. But I wonder if it takes the torque like a W/D shank is made to do. It of course can't distribute weight to the front axles without trunnion bars and a W/D platform. Tongue weight would just sit on the hitch.
