If you have a Winegard Sensar, many members here (me included) have good luck with the Wingman.

Amazon.com: Winegard RV-WING Wingman White UHF Booster TV Antenna: Automotive

It concentrates the UHF band into a more directional signal.

I installed the "Jack" replacement head on a new Flagstaff 831FKBSS. In my driveway, pior to the swap, my channel scan would find 25 - 30 channels. After the swap, channels scan found 54 channels. Not all of them will come in real clear, but, I am getting more than the basic batwing antenna. Have not been out camping to see how the reception is in other areas.

X2 on the "JACK" antenna. I was at one campground and couldn't really pull out any channels with the stock antenna. Switched to the JACK which I'd brought along and then had 6-8 channels I could watch. I've gone one step furthur too. I have a 25' flag pole on the hitch of the trl that I now have a UHF house antenna on really works great.
