HELP National General Insurance

Hi
Have national General rv insurance.
1 Year ago, rv suffered fire damage from neighboring rv burned down. National General took months deciding what to do.
Finally decided to fix, since their adjuster never examined rv
Didn't know what was required to fix.
when Nat.gen. discovered what had to be done --6mo later they Totaled rv.
Wrote them and camping world a very detailed letter.
Decided to fix.

members of forum have similar awful experiences with
National General and camping world?

Hi Suzi!
Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post!

First, let me say sorry for your issues and the time it is taking to get it squared away.

There are TONS of threads here about insurance companies and also about Camping World.

Most of them not favorable but then people are more inclined to come here to vent than to praise. An example... your very 1st post was to let us know about the problems you are having and not what a great time you had camping. It is just the nature of the forums.

I hope you get your issues resolved quickly and that you are doing your due diligence to make sure the things you paid good money for are being taken care of. It seems in this day and age, we need to be our own best advocate.

Do a forum search (for reading on the things you mentioned) and best of luck to you.

Welcome aboard Suzi. It's hard to ascertain from your above post what it is you are wanting help on. It's difficult without punctuation to know what are statements on your part or perhaps questions. Can you please clarify what you need help on?

I edited your thread title to include part of the subject matter.

Thanks
