Help with Camping World Service
Camping World in MyrtleBeach has had my 2018 Forest River Berkshire XLT in for Maintenance for almost 9 months(since January), for Minor Repairs. They’ve lost the record jacket,(I had to point out my RV in the service lot), waited on 5th Wheel parts (even though it’s a Class A), ordered the wrong parts including windshield, and now, the latest update is: they’ve received the windshield, but they sent it out for install to a small place and the owner won’t be back for a week. On top of that, they can’t confirm what other work has been completed…. They’ve offered $1700 for loss of use(I rejected). Do I have any recourse? Legal standing? Are there any laws in South Carolina that can help me?
