Hiding in the walls of a trailer
Critter proofing trailer and opened up all hatches and panels to seal any entry points. Checked behind furnace with the phone cam and saw something. Thought it was an antenna at 1st. This must have been there from the factory. And the thing still has power.

That is a big critter, That's way better then 10lbs of screws that someone else found .Amazing!

Now that is a pleasant surprise. I found saw dust, wood chips, 1/2# of screws, dozen or more wire nuts.

Bad omen. Maybe they left it where you would find it. And as a part of QC, where you would need it. As others have mentioned in other parts of this forum. The weight when it leaves the factory is more than the listed dry weight. You just proved it!

Nice find!! Will be you able to charge the battery or do you need to purchase an adapter? Either way, that's a nice drill!!!

I was thinking the same. Only a few pounds off but they most like print those weight stickers in mass quantity.

If you return it to the technician who lost it at the plant, they will give you a brand new camper.

I always assumed that every RV was weighed upon completion as it was intended to be sold, and a unique sticker generated for that RV.

Cool discovery which brings up this rhetorical thought. If the RV assembly person is negligent enough to forget the whereabouts of tools, does the negligent mindset affect the assembly quality of the RV?

That's why I never buy new. Let the original owners work out the issues.

Assembly line worker was denied a new tool so they had it "lost" in the walls of the RV. New tool accomplished!

The problem I see is that looks like an impact driver and you really shouldn't be driving screws with one of those.

It all depends on which screws you are driving... and depends even more on the skill of the tool operator.
This could be a tool that belonged to a "bottom worker" that got buried by a "top worker".
I so far, I have found 2 utility knives in our Avenger from the production line.
