High pitch frequency heater/blower

Just purchased a new 2022 FR Rockwood Ultra-Lite 2606WS TT. I have been going through it and running everything to make sure it's working. One thing I notice is when the heat is on there's a high pitch frequency that is very annoying. You hear it on the inside and outside.

I removed the wooden vent to the heater/blower and when I removed the metal plate that directs the forced air into the ducts, the noise went away but the air just blows straight through. When I put the metal plate back on to force the air through the ducts, the annoying noise starts up again.

Anyone ever have this problem?

It is possible that the heat ducts/vents are blocked or crushed. This could cause an air leak causing the noise or extra back pressure on the blower causing the noise. Try checking the ducts. Something like the link below should help. These are very useful in RVs.
