Hitch Extension

I've got a 2014 23' Rockwood Mini-Lite and I'm pulling her with a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab.
My question is about this :
I'd like to use this sort of hitch extension along with my Blue Ox weight distributing/anti-sway system.
Would that cause a problem? I like the dual hitch be I can hook up a bike rack or a platform cargo bed. the rear bumper has a sticker explaining that attaching anything to it would void the warranty. Any thoughts?

My first question would be is the 4,000lbs enough to cover the "real" trailer weight, not the dry weight..

I wouldn't use it with a WDH as you would be extending out the leverage point and put some serious stress on that adapter.

I used that for a cargo rack and bike rack on the back of my TT. But that was after I had a fabricator weld on a new uber bumper with receiver. I think that bumper could survive more stress than the frame could-slight overkill but I was confident that I could back into anything and not worry about my stuff.
