How to change puck lights?

I just bought 2011 Georgetown. How do you change the Puck light that is out? Tia

A pic would help, but most of them you can carefully pry off the lens. Then you will see the screws attaching it to the ceiling or whatever. Unscrew and the wires are probably wire nutted. Replace with new light.

lights picture

This is the Puck Light in question. I tried turning but it doesn't, also prying with my fingers. neither seems to work. am i supposed to lift the bottom of inside the cabinet?

'm pretty sure those are pull straight down lights that have spring tensioners on the backside.
