How to start a thread

....I'm wanting to post a question, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to do it. Can somebody tell this brain cramped guy how to post? I went to "how to post", but that just confused me more. I've answered queries on here many times, but never posted a question. Please somebody,,,,help my brain cramps!!!

To post you need to decide where you want to post. once you open this on the left there is " new thread " click it and the rest is self explanitory

Boy, JJA,,,,,I'm still not clicking with your directions either. I don't see a "where I want to post".....leave alone "new thread". and I thought I was pretty smart. NOT!

Are you wanting to start your own thread?

Example.

Rockwood - Forest River Forums

Clicking the above link will take you to the Rockwood forum.

Once there in the upper left there will be a button like the one I posted.

Click that "New Thread" button.

That will open a new window where you may enter the title of your thread.

' Wind Jammer does not park it's self'

Under that there is a box like the reply boxes for what ever you want to post.

Now I know what happened......I posted this very first question on another thread, and one of the moderator's sent me a private message that he moved it into its own thread. Therefore,,,,,it looks like I knew what I was doing when the moderator corrected my wrong postings. He told me what I needed to do for the next posting.

Those 255 posts are responses on other's threads which I don't have any problems doing,,,,,my problem was creating my own thread, which I've finally figured out with the moderator's help.

Just so you will know, your hero (Ally) is female.

P.S. We like her a lot too.
