Do the day/night shades pull up? Ours seem to be securely in place and we couldn't figure out how you open them?? Help!

The blinds maybe stuck at the bottom of the window.Try pulling out a little at the bottom of the shade and they should slide up.

They are supposed to slide all the way up and all the way down, with only slight to medium amount of resistance. Sometimes they are mounted at the factory with too much tension. You can adjust them yourself, but it is also a warranty item for your 2011 model trailer. I would get your dealers service department to adjust the tension for you. Here is a website if you want to try it yourself. RV Day-Night Shade Adjustment & Repair

Don't try to slide both portions at the same time. If they are up, slide the day portion down first and then the night. If they are down, slide the night portion up first and then the day portion.
