What can I safely use on my 30 amp feed while my countertop ice maker that has a power consumption of 90-120 watts is in operation? I'd really like to avoid tripping a breaker.

Your 120 watt ice maker in operation uses about 1.25 amps maximum. The 30 amp RV circuit is rated for about 3,600 watts. I don't think you have much to be concerned about.
If you can plug it into an outlet at home and use it, you can plug it into the camper’s outlet and use it. That portion of the electrical system is essentially identical to your stick and brick house. Ice make away!
