That's really annoying for sure. I have recent memory of that at a KOA. Every half hour up and down the hill.

Sounds like the Draft Horse section on Beer Tasting night!

If WE owned a campground, we would have a number of fenced areas as dog runs. And would very much consider having a "barking hour" in the early evening. ( If you didn't READ "101 Dalmations" as a kid ... well, if we had to explain .... ) We would have a number of those convenient "poop bag / garbage can" stations placed around for those who walk their pets around.

But not all CG's cater to pets, and that is fine too, some people do not or even can not be around furries and that is what it is. As another poster pointed out, we all have our requirements and idiosyncracies.

There would be a sign at the entrance and a paragraph on the contract that you sign when you check in, that states "The Law of Gravity is Strictly Enforced at This Location. There are NO Exceptions."

While paving the world would be nice, reality is that there would probably be gravel and/or dirt roads, and as such, there would be a really low speed limit like 7.5 MPH ... nobody likes eating dust. Nevermind that there are kids about. Violation would be grounds for ejection and that would be in the contract right around the Gravity clause.

More than one dump station, not sure how to work it out but maybe an express lane for those who don't plan to power flush.

Trees, gobs of trees. ( There are awesome CG's in places where trees don't grow so well, no disprespect to any of them meant. Having both been kids when KOA was just starting out, and our parents being horrified at how those KOA's had no trees ... well, fifty years later ... we marvel at how some of those KOA's are now beautifully grown in. )
