I have owned a Sea Eagle 330 Kayak for several years. I have used it in both salt and fresh water and it has held up well. It weighs a little over thirty lbs. bag, kayak, foot pump and oars. Compact enough to put in the trunk of a car. It rides very nicely on the back rack of our 5vr or in the truck bed if we want to place it there. Takes about 10 mins to inflate. Really no cons for me. Not something I use often when camping due to time being so limited on most of our trips.

I have an Advanced Elements inflatable kayak that I take with me when I pull my rPod. It's great. High quality. Very rigid. Easy to transport and setup. Paddles great. Easy to take down and pack up. Highly recommend. Much easier that trying to deal with loading my regular (non inflatable) kayak onto my truck while pulling my camper.

The biggest problem I've had with them is they tend to ride high in the water and have no or little keel. You get blown all over the place if there is wind.

We use the Intex Explorer K2 Kayak and have been very happy with it.
Easy to inflate and deflate and does not take up much room.
Well worth the price paid we paid for it!

The wife and I also have an Advanced Elements Kayak like Rover Podder. This one to be specific https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...e?ie=UTF8&th=1. No real cons to speak of, other then the obvious -- you have to inflate it before use, and deflate it when done.

But I believe the key is: do your homework. Read reviews. Set your expectations. Have fun.
