Installing towel rack and toilet paper holder

When i purchased my 2017 Rockwood 2304DS it came with a towel rack and toilet paper holder uninstalled. These need to be screwed into the wall. The only wall that will work is back to the control panel. All my gizmos and controls are there. I am concerned about putting screws into the wall to hold those items as i may accidentally hit some wires in my control panel.

Question: Has anyone had to deal with this in their travel trailer? If so how did you go about installing the towel rack or toilet paper holder?

I don't want to mess up any wiring. i called the dealer i purchased my trailer from and the service tech suggested i unscrew the control panel and see how the wires move thru the wall. Then i will know where to screw in the items and not hit wires. I know that this forum has a lot of expertise on it so i would like to see if y'all have any ideas. i appreciate any feedback.

We use a tp holder that sits on the floor. As far as towel bars, you might could use some 3M two sided tape to stick the bars on with. I believe they do make an "industrial strength" tape. I bought my two shelf towel rack at Target, but it is screwed into the wall. My control panel is not behind it. Would post pics but my unit is still in storage.

When we picked up our Flagstaff, the towel hanger was mounted to the bathroom door. The TP holder was not installed. We didn't want to drill, especially the walls or cabinetry, so we found this self adhesive holder and placed it inside the vanity door. Works great and it's out of the way when not in use.

We looked at that TP holder and we're probably going to get one of those. Didn't think about putting the towel holder on the door itself. Thanks for all the feedback.

We had same deal--i just bought a tp holder
That sits on floor and holds 2 spare
Rolls plus the roll we are using. (We didn't want
To drill holes either.); got command strips, but not sure if we will hang towel
Bar, or not. They did mount a towel
Ring next to the vanity.

I used a rivet gun to install a towel holder. I had to drill two small holes but kept them as shallow as possible. This has worked quite well.

We put the towel rack on the back of the bathroom door. No problems.
We bought a toilet paper holder that has some 3M glue pads and put it on the inside of the bathroom cabinet near the toilet. No problems.
