Interesting. What vintage is this?

Was travelling through Cambridge, Ontario yesterday and saw this interesting unit. Wasn't able to grab the camera quick enough and only snuck these two pics:

So, the immediate questions:
- Who's the manufacturer of that unit? Lol.
- wonder what it looks like inside?
- Since that's a HD Bell dish, think they have a HD tv inside?
- How would ever aim that dish? You'd have to request every lot face south without any trees! Lol.

Heck
I like it. Betcha it cost a WHOLE lot less than one of our rigs and camps just as good. Even has solar power for bat charging.
Plus it's home built. Ain't nuthin wrong with that.

considering the nice paint job of his 4 door Ford truck, how clean every thing is, and the sealed seams on that camper I'm betting the inside is purty nice

Seems to me it is a homebuilt, maybe from a kit such as was available some years ago.
PS Just found the Glen-L camper site @ http://www.glen-l.com/campers/glenlrv.html. Makes for an interesting read. These people have been providing plans just about forever.

I'm with Richard, Looks home-made to me too. My uncle built one in the late 70's but with the entrance door on the drivers side.

Those are slick! If I were to consider a truck camper that would be a neat way to go.

From the late sixties early seventies vintage Forest River when they called themselves Cannabis River. You can still see smoke comin out the windows. corporates come a long way since then.
