Interior heat in winter

Live on the Oregon coast. Wondering if I should keep a small amount if heat inside to deter moisture buildup. Also going to have a dehumidifier going pretty much all the time. And what about put my RV cover on.......heat or no heat? New to this stuff.

I live just north of Seattle and I just leave a ceramic heater in it. It's set to go on at 40°.

And I live just north of bikendan. (ie near the salt water) I use an oil filled electric radiator type heater and it works perfectly. I also cut an opening in the panel that is next to the water pump, so that warm air can heat the pump. I did one extra step: installed a exterior 110 plug to run the heater completely independent of the TT electric system. This lets me disconnect the batteries.
