iRV31 won't Play Audio From Samsung TV
The iVR31 audio system in my 2020 Flagstaff 27RKWS won't play audio through my new Samsung TV. I tried using both Audio Out and Audio 2 settings but to no avail. All other functions work great - DVD and Radio. Prior to this it worked fine on the Furrion TV. Andy Ideas?

How do you have the sound output from the TV routed to the iRV31? What model Samsung TV?

What connection are you using on the tv?
Some tvs have the ability to turn off audio through the HDMI port.

Is the new tv connected the same as the old?

IRV 32 Samsung TV issue
I am using the HDMI cable from iRv to hdmi2 of Samsung TV. Used to work on furuon tv with same connection. Almost seems like some kind of setting that iRV is looking for.

I want to follow this as we too swapped out the Furion TV for a 10" Samsung so we could use it when we were boondocking and I can not get it to output any sound through our IRV 34. (I hardwired it with a fuse to the 12V system). Thanks for letting me tag along.

I would check 3 things. Is the TV now "Mute"? Check the remote mute button. and click to check it. Also, is the volume level at its lowest point? Can you see the volume bar go up/down with the remote? Is your TV set to the HDMI 2 setting?

IVR 32 Issue with Samsung TV
Hey Joe,
Mute is not ON, Volume not at Lowest Setting. TV is on HDMI-2
Also tried the reverse of the above, but to no avail.
I did see something I hadn't noticed before, that is, I see an iVR icon on my screen but it doesn't do anything when I select it.
One other note: I have to turn the TV off then back on again to get the sound to come out of the TV.
I've logged a call to iVR and will be interested to see if and when they respond.
Also will try to get an operator's manual for the TV

I found this about HDMI using ARC to connect a TV.
