Isata 5 Truma Water Hester will not turn on

Hi! I’ve searched the threads on the Truma water heater but cannot find any fixes for our problem. The water heater light at the power panel on/off Switch will not turn on (doesn’t light green) and will not start the system. We’ve tried recycling power and completely turning off power at the battery barrel switch in hopes that the system would reset. It did not. We also tried turning off/on the propane, master light switches, and pulled and reseated the fuses with no luck as well. The Precision Plex panel says the fuses are good and we visually checked them- they are. Any ideas on how to get the Truma to turn on? Or reset?

You may get a better response by posting this question on the Dynamax subform of this site. Or maybe the moderators can move it over for you.
This question comes up from time to time and there are many other Isata 5 owners there that can help you out.

I don't have the precision plex system so I'm not familiar with that setup. If you have the rotary dial that controls the Truma, I have found it helps to turn that to off for a few seconds that back on. Also, it seems to help to have a hot water faucet running at the same time.
