Just became a "SOB"

We're now "SOB". Just traded our 2014 MiniLite 2109S on a brand new 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2600RB. I'm attaching a photo of it sitting in the driveway. We're loving the Imagine. That extra 8 feet of space makes a huge difference. I'll be staying on the forum--I've learned a ton from you folks, and hopefully made a few contributions too! Best wishes to all.

Sorry, but I haven't actually taken any interior shots yet. Eventually I will do so, but it might be awhile. In the meantime, you can find more info on the Grand Design web site.

My wife and I did the same last fall. Traded a Micro Lite for a 2017 GD Imagine 2600RB. Best decision we ever made. We have been out over 30 nights since October 2016. You will love the Imagine.

Too busy installing vent covers, changing out the CH751 storage compartment locks, etc. Anyway, it's now gone back to storage, so it's not in the driveway anymore.

Thanks, Outdoorsman5953. We're certainly loving it so far, although we've only been out 2 nights to "kick the tires". Everything worked great. I'm not on Facebook, but I have just joined the Grand Design Owners Forum.

Yes 8 feet makes a big difference! We just went from a 34' Cougar to a 43' Montana. Big difference!

I've heard good things about Grand Design and look forward to reports on your experiences with the brand.

My wife and I are thinking about getting one for weekends. We full time on a permanent site in sob 18,000 gvwr 5er so the GD would be a lot ezer. Like the big bath/shower and theater seats across from tv unlike a lot of other brands. We saw it at the Hersey show 2 years ago when it first came out. GOOD CHOICE !!!

True - I believe it's Winnebago that purchased GD.

Yes, it is Winnebago. So far, we've had absolutely no issues at all with our new Imagine.

When we were looking for our unit, we seriously looked at GD. The fit and finish was really nice. The only "downer" was the chocolate brown interior and the DW was not a fan. GD gets a lot of good reviews.....

Enjoy!
