Kitchen cabinet drawers

After moving my wildwood 28dbud the other day, I went inside to start setting it up and some of the kitchen drawers had opened in transport. I bought some more of the same cabinet latches that are on the doors to install but I don't think the will work. Anyone have any suggestions on what to use to keep the drawers from opening during transportation? Thanks

Make sure the drawers are completely closed ! The drawers in our Rockwood are "two-stage". I.E. give them a firm push at the closed end of travel and they will stay closed.

The drawers in our unit (Puma 359) have an 1/8" notch/cut-out on the bottom of the drawer that sits over the face frame of the cabinet when closed. Drawers don't move. To open you just lift and pull. Instead of cutting a notch, just lower the rear of the drawer glides 1/2".

Kind of surprised of what moves and doesn't move inside when traveling. No longer store the toaster or the coffee maker, they always sit on the counter. Left out a small bottle of Dawn on the counter and it was still standing after a 3 hour trip on I-95. Then just last week I was helping my son load the golf cart in the TH. He had to pull the TV forward about 20 feet to get the ramp down; after loading he backed the TV up and when he stopped a double stack of bottled water fell over.
