Late June or July to Alaska Question

I have a 2015 Silverback 33IK that we are planning to take to Alaska for 8 to 10 weeks for Galveston Texas. Here's my question: I have the 125v residence refrigerator that runs off of an inverter via two 6v batteries. when not hooked to shore power. I would like to stay in some of the BLM parks that probably do not have power but I am nervous about how long the batteries will last keeping the refrigerator cold. I am thinking about getting a Honda generator to take along but I'm unsure about what size to buy. I have been looking at the EU3000is that would run the A/C and microwave if need be. Has anyone had experience running the 125v refrigerator from the batteries for an extended time? Any advice or help about going to Alaska with my RV would be appreciated.
